What this site is
This site describes our web design and development work and the products we build. It is for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract.
Client work
Paid projects are covered by a separate written agreement or proposal that we both sign or accept in writing. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Our products
TradeEntrance, Benchlight.Social, SpecBento and MenuBento are listed here as examples of our work. Each has, or will have, its own terms and privacy policy on its own site. These terms do not cover them.
Our content
The text, design, logos and code on this site belong to Creekstone Company LLC unless noted. The two photographs are CC0 public domain images, credited in the footer. Please don't copy our content or logos without asking first. You are welcome to link to the site.
Use of the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send spam.
No warranties
We work to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be error-free, current or uninterrupted. Products shown as "Coming soon" or "In development" may change or never launch.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Creekstone Company LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using this site. Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited by law.
